The Mission’s Fair will be a time to highlight all the great ministries Midway offers and serves. We will have speakers from several different ministries Midway supports. Plus we will have information booths for each of the ministry opportunities within our church. If you are searching for an area where you can serve or want to hear how the Lord is moving in our community, our nation, and our world this event is for you!!

Come and See is an invitation for each of us to experience Jesus as He enters Jerusalem; to witness His betrayal by a friend; to endure with Him the suffering and death of a sinless Savior, and finally to behold His empty tomb. Through the “eyes” of a blind beggar, we’re taken through these events and more by way of a powerful and moving dramatic script, and energetic choral arrangements. Come and see what Jesus did for you!

Our Youth will be selling Chick-fil-a, chips, drinks and snow cones as a fundraiser at the Tryon Super Saturday Food Court.

Presentation by Carole Bahm of Chosen People Ministries The Messiah in the Passover presentation is a powerful visual message not only of Israel’s freedom from slavery in Egypt but of the redemption of individuals from the bondage of sin through the atoning work of Jesus. The program is designed to give participants a deeper understanding of Passover and the Communion table.

Younger ladies, do you wish you had a “spiritual mother” to answer questions and guide you through life with Godly wisdom? Older women, would you enjoy sharing all God has taught you throughout your life experiences with young wives and mothers? If so, join us for a time of sharing and fellowship, along with a light lunch, as we build generational relationships modeled on Biblical teaching. Share Your Faith Workshop from Evangelism Explosion International introduces a Gospel presentation that’s easy to learn and hard to forget. The workshop will be presented by Randall Wood on February 3rd from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.  If you would like to participate, there is a signup sheet on the bulletin board in the hall or call the church office at 828-894-5633.

Men’s Sunday School with Guest Speaker Michael Thompson of Zohweh Ministries and author of Search and Rescue and The Heart of a Warrior! 9:45 am in the Family Life Center All men age 14 and older are invited to attend. We begin a new sermon series during our Morning Worship Service called “Thank You, Lord”.  We hope everyone can join us as we celebrate God’s goodness and learn to live our lives full of gratitude.  We will hear different testimonies throughout this series of the great and wonderful things the Lord has done within the lives of our church family.
