Toothbrushes, (no toothpaste or liquids) soap bars (place in Ziploc sandwich bags) washcloths, bandaids, solid deodorant sticks, chapstick, sturdy cups, bowls and containers, socks, warm hats, gloves and scarves, journals, new testaments, clothesline, and clothespins. Also a personal letter, card, or photo for the children receiving the boxes!
WOW items: Flashlights with extra batteries, battery-operated small radios or calculators, wrist watches, dolls, stuffed animals, fabric with scissors, needles and thread, hammers and small tools, tennis shoes, sports balls deflated with air pumps, small backpacks, purse or tote, toy boats and cars, small musical instruments, binoculars, etc.
National OCC Collection Week is November 14-21st. Polk Baptist Association will have daily collection hours during that week.
Midway’s Collection Sunday is November 13th.
